Barbara
Chu is a senior banker with extensive experience in debt investments, lending and origination. Prior to joining the company, she was the National Head of Commercial Mortgages for MetLife and ran the Northeastern Region for Prudential. During her tenure as a lender, Ms. Chu was an Adjunct Professor at Columbia Business School, teaching real estate finance and capital markets. She is a licensed architect, and a graduate of the Architectural Association School of Architecture and Columbia University Business School. Ms. Chu lectures at the Appraisers Association of America as well as a number of wealth management firms. |
